1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bazibet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, browses, or uses the bazibet website and its associated services. By completing the registration process or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

bazibet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication to the bazibet website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the most current version. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bazibet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal recreational purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity for the purposes of exploiting the Platform's bonus structures or wagering markets.
• You have not previously had an account closed or permanently suspended by bazibet for violations of these Terms.

bazibet takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Access to the Platform — including the ability to deposit funds, place bets, and process withdrawals — will be suspended pending the satisfactory completion of age verification. Any account determined to have been registered by or operated on behalf of an individual under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all funds in the account will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on bazibet, you are required to register a personal account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on bazibet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity information, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bazibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity verification (KYC): bazibet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit proof of identity and proof of address before your account is approved for withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bazibet may result in account suspension.
• Account ownership: Your bazibet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to operate your account on your behalf.

bazibet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bazibet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your bazibet account balance depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. bazibet does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours of submission, subject to the completion of identity verification and the absence of any account flags or active bonus wagering requirements. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the account, or to a verified bank account held in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bazibet reserves the right to set a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per rolling period, details of which are available from the support team.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• bazibet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any withdrawal that the Platform deems unusually large or otherwise requiring additional verification.

All funds held in your bazibet account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. bazibet accounts are not banking products and do not accrue interest on deposited funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bazibet offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means that the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or free spins that have not been used — and any associated wagering requirements that have not been met — within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available to each eligible player once. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
• Game restrictions: Bonus funds may not be valid for use on all games within the bazibet library. Certain game categories or specific titles may be excluded from bonus wagering. The relevant promotion terms will specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage rate.
• bazibet's right to modify promotions: bazibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where evidence of systematic exploitation of the promotion's mechanics is detected.

Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including the exploitation of promotional terms through arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, or the systematic exploitation of low-margin games to fulfil wagering requirements — will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently closed.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bazibet, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm the Platform, its staff, or other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point of interaction with bazibet.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, software, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a way that is not consistent with ordinary human operation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or random number generation system used by bazibet.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or wagering market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software. Any such errors must be reported to the support team immediately. Winnings derived from a demonstrable software error may be voided by bazibet.
• Using the bazibet platform for any money laundering activity or any other purpose that violates applicable law. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bazibet support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Accessing the bazibet platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.

bazibet reserves the right to investigate any account that it suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, account access, deposits, and withdrawals may be suspended. bazibet's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bazibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which account action may be taken include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fee, will be communicated to the registered email address before being applied.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your bazibet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements or open investigations may be placed on hold before closure is finalised.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their access to bazibet as a responsible gaming measure may request a self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets on the Platform. 8 Limitation of Liability

bazibet provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, and force majeure events) may occasionally affect Platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bazibet shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss of any nature whatsoever, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any bets that are voided due to technical errors, software malfunctions, or misquoted odds, provided that bazibet takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the issue.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. By using bazibet, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of gambling, that you may lose money wagered, and that bazibet bears no responsibility for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform. Please gamble responsibly and within your means. If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your finances, your relationships, or your wellbeing, please make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or contact our support team for assistance.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bazibet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
